What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Think longer dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Ladies, please keep in mind when choosing footwear that we will be on the lawn.

What is the color scheme?

In keeping with our flower garden aesthetic, our color scheme is sage, French blue, lilac, pale pink, and gold. Feel free to use these colors when drawing inspiration for your attire.

Will the reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Outside (weather permitting)

 

What will the weather be like?

Hopefully sunny, but just in case, the venue does provide umbrellas.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

While there is a shuttle at the hotel, if it is unavailable we will have a driver available that day.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue? Is parking free?

Yes and yes! There is a free on site parking lot.

​

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please text or call the bride and groom.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar serving beer, red and white wine, as well as "his" and "hers" cocktails. We will also be providing a selection of soft drinks and plenty of water.

 

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

 

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests? 

Yes, we have booked a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in town. For more information please see the accommodations page here.

 

Can I take pictures during the reception to post on social media?

We encourage guests to limit the use of personal devices and to fully embrace the moment.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that all RSVP's are in by May 1st.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes, we are registered with The Knot for conventional gifts. Those who wish to give money in lieu of a traditional gift can also visit The Knot for a selection of cash funds.

 

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Yes, we will have a special table for gifts brought directly to the venue. Please note, some gifts may be too large and should be shipped directly to our home.

 

When will the reception end?

The reception will end at 5PM due to the garden grounds closing.

 

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

We will communicate any changes directly to our guests via phone and email.
